Not knowing how to fold socks is like not knowing how to make toast. Not knowing how to fold underwear is like not knowing how to boil water. Nobody wants to be that person.
Folding Underwear

Lay flat.

Fold side inward.
3.
Fold other side over.
4.
Fold in half.
You can then store them neatly in a row in your drawer like a filing cabinet. Similar styles can also be stacked, pancake style. Like anything else, don’t overstuff.
Folding Socks

Socks are supposed to mate for life. Keep couples married together. Never fold one sock top over the roll, turning the cuff over to make a ball. This will weaken the elastic.

Lay a pair flat, matching them on top of each other so they line up.

Depending on your drawer situation, either: Roll from the toes to the top, or use the tri-fold method and simply fold in thirds.
